Noticing a problem is the easy part.
I’ve spent the last few posts observing — systems that don’t work as well as they could, gaps between intention and execution, questions being asked at different levels in different places.
But observation without a next step is just commentary.
So I’ve been sitting with a harder question: what do I do with what I’ve noticed?
I don’t have a plan yet. I don’t have a solution. What I have is a growing belief that the people who eventually fix things are rarely the ones who stumbled onto the problem by accident. They’re the ones who noticed it, sat with it seriously, and refused to let it become just another thing they walked past.
I noticed. I’m sitting with it.
That’s my next question — not what is broken, but what can I do about it. I don’t know the answer yet. But I’ve learned that the willingness to ask is where everything starts.
