I notice things.
Not always by choice — they just land on me. A detail, a feeling, something slightly off that most people walk past without a second thought.
Things connect with me emotionally before they connect intellectually. And once they do, I can’t give them a pass.
I used to find that exhausting. I’d see something broken and feel a quiet frustration that nobody else seemed to stop. Over time I’ve learned that everyone has their own motivation, their own bandwidth, their own battles.
I’m making peace with that.
But the noticing — that I’ve kept.
Because here’s what I’ve realised: every problem worth solving begins with someone who couldn’t look away.
The observer isn’t the problem. The observer is where the solution starts.
